These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of the web page platform.anysensor.ro/demo, hereinafter referred to as the "demo page", administered by DASSTEC B2B SRL, a Romanian company registered with the Trade Register under no. J2012010152402, having tax identification number RO30624642, with contact details: office@dasstec.ro, phone +40 374 966 966.

By accessing the demo page and/or completing the form available on it, the user confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

If the user does not agree with these Terms, the user must stop using the demo page and must not submit data through the available form.

The demo page has an informational and commercial purpose. It is intended to present the AnySensor solution and to collect contact, presentation, quotation or demo requests from potential clients, partners or collaborators.

Completing the form on the demo page does not constitute the conclusion of a commercial contract, the creation of an operational account in the AnySensor platform or the automatic granting of access to a paid service.

DASSTEC B2B SRL reserves the right to contact persons who submit the form in order to clarify the request, schedule a presentation, provide commercial information or assess the opportunity for collaboration.

Users undertake to use the demo page lawfully, responsibly and in accordance with its intended purpose.

The demo page may not be used for:

DASSTEC B2B SRL may restrict access to the demo page or disregard requests submitted through the form if there are reasonable suspicions of abuse, fraud, spam or non-compliant use.

• submitting false, abusive, fraudulent information or information belonging to persons without authorisation;
• attempting unauthorised access to systems, servers, databases or areas of the platform that are not public;
• uploading or transmitting malicious code, automated attacks, abusive scraping, spam or other actions that may affect the operation of the service;
• copying, reproducing or using without authorisation the technical, visual, commercial or content elements belonging to DASSTEC B2B SRL.

The information presented on the demo page is general, informational and indicative. It does not constitute a firm offer, contractual commitment, technical guarantee or promise of availability of any specific functionality.

The functionalities, specifications, interfaces, examples, screenshots, technical values, estimates or descriptions presented may be modified, extended, removed or updated without prior notice.

Any commercial offer, technical configuration, delivery term, price, implementation condition or contractual obligation shall be valid only if subsequently confirmed in writing by DASSTEC B2B SRL through a contract, offer, accepted order or other commercial document agreed between the parties.

DASSTEC B2B SRL makes reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of the demo page, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, compatibility with all devices or browsers, or permanent availability of the form.

The demo page may be modified, suspended, restricted or withdrawn temporarily or permanently, without prior notice, including for maintenance, updates, testing, technical reasons, commercial reasons or security reasons.

All rights over the content, design, texts, images, trade names, logos, interfaces, graphic elements, technical concepts, documentation and other materials displayed on the demo page belong to DASSTEC B2B SRL or to its partners/licensors, as applicable.

Users do not acquire any intellectual property rights by accessing the demo page or by submitting the form.

Copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, publishing, transmitting or using for commercial purposes any elements from the demo page is prohibited without the prior written consent of DASSTEC B2B SRL.

By completing the form on the demo page, the user declares that the information submitted is real, current and that the user has the right to communicate it.

The data submitted through the form will be used for managing the request, contacting the user, presenting the AnySensor solution, sending relevant commercial information and, where applicable, initiating a commercial relationship.

The processing of personal data is described separately in the Privacy Policy applicable to the AnySensor demo page.

The user undertakes not to submit through the form sensitive personal data, confidential information belonging to third parties, data of other persons without proper authorisation or information that is not necessary for the demo request.

Submitting a request through the form may be followed by contact from DASSTEC B2B SRL by e-mail, phone or other reasonable means of communication, solely in connection with the submitted request, the AnySensor solution or a potential commercial collaboration.

Submitting the form does not automatically subscribe the user to a newsletter or to general recurring commercial communications, unless the user separately expresses consent for this purpose.

DASSTEC B2B SRL shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the demo page, from technical errors, temporary interruptions, software incompatibilities, malfunctioning of the internet connection or the interpretation of the information presented on the demo page as a firm offer.

DASSTEC B2B SRL does not guarantee that the demo page or its content will be error-free, permanently updated or suitable for a specific commercial, technical or operational purpose of the user.

No information on the demo page should be considered a substitute for a technical, commercial or contractual analysis carried out individually for a specific project.

The demo page may include links to other pages, services or external resources. DASSTEC B2B SRL does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, policies or practices of such third-party websites.

Accessing external websites is done at the user's own responsibility and may be subject to the terms and policies of those websites.

DASSTEC B2B SRL reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice, by publishing the updated version on the demo page or in a section associated with it.

The applicable version is the version available at the time of accessing the demo page or submitting the form.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law.

Any dispute arising in connection with the access to or use of the demo page shall be resolved amicably, and if no amicable solution is reached, by the competent courts of Romania, in accordance with applicable law.
